$900K In Powerball Winnings Won By 6 Pennsylvania Players

Half a dozen Pennsylvanians are $150,000 richer after the latest Powerball drawings on Saturday, Oct. 7 and Monday, Oct. 9, according to state gaming officials.

The winners matched four of the five white balls and the one red Powerball to earn their prizes, Pennsylvania Lottery spokespeople said. 

The following vendors will earn a $500 bonus check for selling the lucky numbers: 

  • Rutter’s at 4425 West Market St. in York, York County 
  • OSO Deli at 7400 Front St. in Cheltenham, Montgomery County 
  • Blose’s Market at 7070 Route 309 in New Tripoli, Lehigh County
  • Turkey Hill at 4490 East Prospect Road in York, York County
  • GIANT Food Store at 450 East Main St. in Middletown, Dauphin County
  • Country Fair at 161 Pleasant Drive in Warren, Warren County

More than 469,000 other Pennsylvanians won prizes of some amount across the Saturday and Monday drawings, and every player is urged to double-check their ticket every time. 

Winners should immediately sign their tickets on the back before filing a claim with the Pennsylvania Lottery.
